Alan H. Fenton

Alan H. Fenton is a tireless advocate for his clients. For over 25 years, he has assisted individuals and families in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties in receiving the maximum benefits they are due after sustaining a personal injury. A seasoned negotiator and defender, his primary areas of focus are personal injury, workers’ compensation, and motor vehicle accidents.

Alan graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law & Society with a Criminal Justice Emphasis. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1986 from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. He passed the California Bar examination and was admitted to practice in the State of California in 1986, and went on to obtain additional admissions at the U.S. District Court Central District of California (1988), the Supreme Court of the United States of America (2002), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (2013).

Active in the legal community at a local and state level, Alan is a member of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of CA, the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association, the UC Santa Barbara Alumni Association, and the Barristers Club of Santa Barbara.
